We’re proud to announce that the Monsour Freedom Campaign has officially endorsed the Houston Arms Embargo—a grassroots campaign to stop weapons shipments for Israel through the Port of Houston.
Why this matters
Every month, critical parts for Israel’s F-35 fighter jets pass through the Port of Houston. These parts are assembled at Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth—the only facility in the world that builds F-35s for Israel—then flown to Israel, where they are used to bomb hospitals, schools, and refugee camps in Gaza.
The Port of Houston has shipped over 85% of all Israeli-bound F-35 parts in recent years. Our city is a key node in this supply chain, and we have a responsibility to act.
Our demand
No more military cargo for Israel through the Port of Houston. We call for a full arms embargo on Israel now—a concrete, enforceable and necessary step to end the flow of weapons used in Israel’s genocide on Gaza.
